Meet Cédric Marin, a bilingual Canadian immigration lawyer with a Master of Laws and extensive experience in immigration law. He has represented hundreds of clients before the Federal Court and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). He has advised judges as a Federal Court law clerk, was a member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and worked as an expert with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

Our Process

Whether you have a few questions or want Cédric to represent you, it all begins with a consultation.

Consult

Your first step is a consultation with Cédric. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your immigration goals, assess your eligibility, and identify the documents and forms required for your application.

We’ll also review the strengths and potential challenges in your case, provide strategic recommendations, and outline the next steps.

If you decide to move forward, your consultation fee will be credited toward your application.

Collaborate

If you choose to proceed, we’ll work together closely throughout the entire process.

Cédric will be your direct point of contact for all communication; we don’t use assistants or consultants. We collaborate by email and video call to review every form, supporting document, and letter together.

You’ll have full visibility into your file, with a clear understanding of what we’re submitting and why.

We will work together to review all forms, letters, and supporting documents, giving you full transparency into your application.

Apply

Once your application is complete, accurate, and thoroughly reviewed, we will submit it.

You can choose to submit it yourself using your online account, or Cédric can submit it on your behalf as your authorized representative.

Either way, we ensure your application is well-organized and professionally prepared to give you the best possible chance of success.
